I posted this on my instagram because this was the first time I’ve done this move in the gym….and I received comments like “it’s just a bar” or “add weight, thanks”….just people being rude…I thought it was really good for me to do this, plus that bar weighs 45 pounds….People will always have something to say… progress is progress regardless of what anyone has to say…I’m proud of myself.
I’ve been working out for 2-3 hours EVERY day….I must admit, working out with a gym rat is a little tough…and I can barely feel my legs…but having a workout partner is the best thing ever! So motivating…. Plus with my recent break up it’s keeping my mind off things.
Anyways, getting ready to hit the gym again….there’s no zumba today so we’re doing stair master, treadmill, legs, and abs

Trying Zumba for the first time this morning I’m really excited, but have no clue what to wear!
So I no longer have access to insanity :( but I found a pretty FREE app on my iphone that gives you a variety of exercises with intervals built in. I just did 20 minutes of the bootcamp workout and it’s pretty awesome. Y’all should check it out.
